Read, spell and write with confidence

Reading cultivates a rich understanding of the world. Spelling ensures clear communication and prevents misunderstandings. Writing well allows for effective expression of thoughts and ideas.

Together, these literacy skills are essential for personal growth, academic success, and professional communication.

My daughter Venus started learning phonics with Ms Beverly at age 5. We tried other phonics centres before where Venus did not have much progress. With Ms Beverly, she learned to blend right away and has been able to read words she has never even seen before!

At K3, she started learning grammar, continued learning new vocabulary and started independent writing through Ms Beverly’s chosen programmes. They also talked about Venus’ daily life.

Venus was with Ms Beverly for 5 years and within this time had built a solid foundational base in reading, writing and oral English. I would highly recommend Ms Beverly as your child’s “secret” weapon for success at school.”

“Venus was consistently at the top of her classes!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have free assessments available. Our literacy specialist, Beverly, will determine your child’s level and suggest the most suitable classes.

  • Our classes are categorised by age groups and skill levels. If siblings have similar levels and ages, they may attend the same classes together.

  • While some two-year-olds may show signs of readiness, it's generally more effective to introduce phonics when children are a bit older and have a stronger foundation in language and cognitive skills.
